EASPM Master Course

This is the whole EASPM training programme in one course. It was six separate courses; the parts below are those courses, in the order they are meant to be taken. Every lesson is anchored on something the platform actually does, and every part ends each lesson with a six question quiz.

Part 1 is open to everyone. Parts 2 to 6 open once Étharien Advisors enrols you.

• Part 1: Foundations. Who Étharien Advisors is, the discipline that runs from strategy to delivery, and an introduction to the EASPM platform.
• Part 2: Strategy and Portfolio. The strategy map and its measures, demand intake and portfolio selection under a real capacity limit, and the benefit register that closes the loop.
• Part 3: Delivery. Projects, schedules and agile work, methodology compliance, and the risk, issue and lessons discipline that keeps a portfolio honest.
• Part 4: Resources, Capacity and Commercials. Skills and the published match formula, capacity and the what-if, and the contract ledger where the money actually moves.
• Part 5: Governance, Compliance and Assurance. Decision rights and the audit record, conformance against 184 national standards without predicting a score, and what makes evidence admissible.
• Part 6: Administration and Operations. Access review, forms and notifications, the service desk and its clocks, and the status board that labels a simulation a simulation.
